高校知识产权教育助推“双创”人才培养研究

摘要
随着我国创新驱动发展战略的实施,面向创新创业的知识产权教育逐渐受到重视。知识产权教育有助于培育大学生的"双创"意识、思维、人格和能力,是大学生创新创业成功的重要推手,是"双创"人才培养的重要途径。但由于我国高校的知识产权教育普遍存在着重视不足、管理失当的问题,致使培养出来的知识产权人才在数量和质量上均不能完全满足社会的客观需求,知识产权教育对"双创"人才培养的助推作用并未得到充分有效的发挥。对此,高校可以从人才培养目标制定、师资管理、课程体系建设、教学方式创新等方面加以完善,从而提升我国知识产权高等教育助推"双创"人才培养的实效性。
With the implementation of Chinese innovation-driven development strategy, intellectual property education oriented to innovation and entrepreneurship has been paid more and more attention. Intellectual property education is conducive to cultivating college students' consciousness, thoughts, personality and ability of"innovation and entrepreneurship". It is an important promoter of college students' success in innovation and entrepreneurship, and an important way to cultivate"innovative and entrepreneurial"talents. However, due to the general problems of insufficient attention and improper management of intellectual property education in Chinese colleges and universities, the trained intellectual property talents can't fully meet the objective needs of the society in quantity and quality. Intellectual property education has not played a full and effective role in promoting the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents. For this, colleges and universities can improve the talents training objectives establishment,teacher management, course system construction and teaching methods innovation, so as to enhance the effectiveness of Chinese intellectual property higher education in promoting the"innovative and entrepreneurial"talents training.
