摘要
燃油箱是装载机燃油系统重要的组成部件,其安全性与可靠性直接影响整车的使用性。通常,装载机的作业工况相较于其他道路机械会恶劣很多,从而导致燃油箱开裂故障发生率偏高。针对某型装载机燃油箱开裂问题,从结构、工艺和设计等方面分析原因,并提出在原燃油箱连接板上增加折弯垫板的改进方案。有限元仿真结果表明,改进后燃油箱连接板的最大应力幅值降低65%,并很好地分散了连接板处的应力。市场应用验证了燃油箱结构改进的有效性,相关改进方案可为后续燃油箱和液压油箱开裂问题处理提供一定参考。
        The fuel tank in a loader's engine drive system is an important assembly part that its safety and reliability could direct affect operation of the whole machine. As a rule a loader's working conditions are relatively harsher than that of other road building machines, so that this would lead to more frequent troubles happening as cracks in the fuel tank. In view of such failures a way out, first of all, is to analyze the cause from aspects as assembly,workmanship, design, etc while providing concept improvements as additional pads to the tank's connection plate. Results of finite elements simulation show that max stress amplitude at the plate has been lowered by 65% and rightly distributed over there. Market application of such tanks has verified efficiency of the tank improvements, thus providing a certain reference for such broken fuel tanks and remedy to come.
