摘要

基于煤炭开采现状分析,系统梳理了煤炭安全绿色开发相关政策内容,从行政管制和经济工具角度对现有政策进行分类,通过构建煤炭安全绿色开发政策评价指标体系,对相关政策进行评价,分析煤炭开采政策存在的问题。最后,提出相应的政策建议。
        Based on the current analysis of coal mining status,the relevant policies of coal safety green development were sorted out systematically, existing policies were classified from the perspective of administrative control and economic tools.Through constructing a coal safety green development policy evaluation index system, relevant policies were evaluated, and the problems in the coal mining policy were analyzed. Finally,the corresponding policy recommendations were proposed.
