摘要
利用半固态成形加工铝合金制件的方法是一种新型的铝合金生产方法。在近三十年来,我国半固态成形加工铝合金的研究已经广泛开展,尤其是以哈尔滨工业大学罗守靖教授、杜之明教授、姜巨福教授的科研团队的研究成果很有代表性,半固态加工已成为近些年金属材料成形研究的热点之一[1],并且在工业上得到了很多的应用。本文通过对半固态A357铝合金进行单向压缩试验,综合分析了不同工艺参数对半固态合金的压缩流动应力的影响,以及半固态A357铝合金的触变性能和流动规律。
        It is a new method to produce aluminum alloy by semi-solid forming process. Therefore, in the last 30 years, research on the semi-solid forming process aluminum alloy has been extensively developed in China, especially the representative research achievement made by scientific research teams respectively led by professor Luo Shoujing, professor Du Zhiming and professor Jiang Jufu who all serve in Harbin Institute of Technology. Semi-solid process has become one of hot topics in the study of metal material forming in recent years[1], and it gets extensive applications in industry. Through unidirectional compression test on the semi-solid A357 aluminum alloy, this paper comprehensively analyzes the influence of different technological parameters to the compression flow stress of semi-solid aluminum alloy, and the thixotropic properties and flow regularities of semi-solid A357 aluminum alloy.
