益气康复方在三阴性乳腺癌术后辅助治疗中的应用及对免疫功能的影响

摘要
目的:观察益气康复方在三阴性乳腺癌术后辅助治疗中的应用,同时对治疗前后的免疫功能进行比较。方法:筛选2011年2月~2013年11月来我院肿瘤科收治的三阴性乳腺癌女性患者59例,随机分到对照组和观察组中,对照组29例,观察组30例。对照组患者手术及化疗后不给予针对性治疗,只进行定期复查及随访;观察组患者手术及化疗后加服本院自拟益气康复方,每日1剂,分早晚两次温服,3个月为1个疗程,连续治疗6个疗程。比较治疗后两组患者的KPS评分变化,免疫指标IFN-γ、IL-2及CD_4/CD_8比值变化。结果:治疗后观察组的IFN-γ、IL-2显著高于对照组;CD_4/CD_8明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),并且观察组的以上指标降低程度显著大于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组病例的KPS评分变化差异显著(P<0.05),观察组的评分变化明显优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05);并且观察组的不良反应及复发转移例数明显少于对照组。结论:应用益气康复方进行手术及放化疗后三阴性乳腺癌的辅助治疗,可以增强患者机体的免疫功能,提高患者生存质量,有效预防复发和转移。
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of using Yiqi Kangfu Recipe in the treatment of three negative breast cancer,and to compare the immune function of the patients before and after treatment. Methods: 59 female patients with three negative breast cancer who were treated in our hospital from February 2011 to November 2013 were randomly divided into controlled group and observation group,29 cases in the controlled group,30 cases in the observation group. Patients in the controlled group were treated with surgery and chemotherapy was not given targeted therapy,only for regular review and follow- up; the observation group patients were treated with surgery and chemotherapy plus orally medicated with Yiqi Kangfu Recipe,daily 1agent,sooner or later,two times a day,3months for a course of treatment,continuous treatment of 6courses. The change of KPS score in the two groups after treatment,and the change of IFN- γ,IL- 2and CD_4/ CD_8 ratio of immune index. Results: IL- 2,CD_4/CD_8 were significanely higher; IFN- γ in the observation group were significantly lower than those before treatment( P < 0. 05),and the observation group was significantly lower than the controlled group( P < 0. 05). After treatment,the KPS score of the two groups were significantly different( P < 0. 05),the score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the controlled group,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05),and the adverse reactions and recurrence and metastasis in the observation group were significantly less than those in the controlled group. Conclusion: The treatment of three negative breast cancer after surgery and radiotherapy with the use of Yiqi Kangfu Recipe can enhance the immune function of patients,improve the quality of life and prevent recurrence and metastasis.
