摘要
采用环氧(E-51)改性聚氨酯(PU)的方法提高PU胶粘剂的性能。通过向PU中加入E-51制得具有低黏度高强度耐高温的环氧改性聚氨酯(EP-PU)单组分胶粘剂;由于E-51改性PU固化时间较长,故加入二月桂酸二丁基锡催化剂以缩短固化时间。研究了E-51和催化剂含量对胶粘剂固化时间、贮存期、强度以及耐热性的影响,以确定相对最佳的E-51和催化剂加入量,使改性后的胶粘剂综合性能达到相对最佳。
The modification of polyurethane with epoxy resin E-51 is used to improve the properties of polyurethane adhesive in this paper. The epoxy resin modified polyurethane single-component adhesive(EP-PU) with low viscosity, high strength and high temperature resistance was prepared by adding the epoxy resin E-51 into polyurethane. The curing time of the epoxy resin modified polyurethane was too long, then the dibutyltin dilaurate catalyst was added into the EP-PU to shorten the curing time. The effects of different contents of epoxy resin and catalyst on the curing time, storage time, strength and heat resistance of the adhesive were studied. And the optimal amounts of epoxy resin and catalyst were selected to achieve beter comprehensive performance of the modified adhesive.
