摘要

水文事业关系国民经济的发展,对整个社会的健康发展意义重大,其重要性不容忽视,加强对水质、水量的监测十分有必要。对水文水资源进行有效地系统监测能够及时发现发现问题,对水资源的可持续利用发挥着关键的作用,推动人类生态文明和经济社会的建设。
        Hydrology is closely related to the development of national economy and is of great significance to the healthy development of the whole society. Its importance is different and neglected. It is necessary to strengthen the monitoring of water quality and quantity. Effective systematic monitoring of hydrology and water resources can discover problems in time, play a key role in the sustainable utilization of water resources, and promote the construction of human ecological civilization and economic society.
