侯丽辉治疗痰瘀互结型多囊卵巢综合征的经验总结

摘要
多囊卵巢综合征是青春期和育龄期女性常见的疾病,当前对于该病的治疗并没有确切有效的方法,侯丽辉教授从医40余年,国家重点专科带头人,根据自己多年的临床经验提出了"痰瘀胞宫"的理论,认为本病的病机是以肾虚为本,痰瘀为标,虚实夹杂,应用补肾化痰活血法来治疗,同时结合针刺、耳穴等多种方法,临床效果颇佳。
Polycystic ovary syndrome is a common gynecological endocrine disorder disease in adolescents and reproductive age women.There is no clear understanding of the treatment of PCOS.Professor HOU is the national leader of key specialty.Based on her clinical experience,she proposes the theory of "phlegm and blood stasis uterus".She considers that the pathogenesis of PCOS is deficiency of kidney and entanglement of phlegm and blood stasis.PCOS women is treated with TCM treatment of invigorating kidney combined with eliminating phlegm and removing blood stasis for oral administration.Combinied with acupuncture or auricular point treatments,the curative effect is good.
