《圣济总录·诸风门》风病病机特点探析

摘要
《圣济总录》为北宋医学集大成之作,"诸风门"居《圣济总录》66门之首,所载86篇引论反映了宋代医家对"风病"理论的认识,结合古籍文献分析"诸风门"病证引论,认为"诸风门"风病病机特点如下:①风邪为风病之首要致病因素;②症状多样、病证繁杂是"诸风门"风病的主要特点;③诸风门风病的病理性质为本虚标实,本虚责之营卫、气血、脏腑;④痰浊、瘀血为"诸风门"风病之常见病理产物。
Shengji Zonglu is a voluminous work compiled by staffs of court physicians of the Northen Song dynasty Government. The category of wind disease is in the first place of Shengji Zonglu and its 86 treatise reflect the views of the doctor in Northen Song dynasty about wind disease. In this article, we analyzed the citation of the category of wind disease and summarized its pathogenesis based on ancient literatures, we put forward the pathogenesis of wind disease in Shengji Zonglu · Zhufengmen as follow: ①Wind pathogen is the main pathogenic factor for wind disease. ②The main feature of wind disease is the diversity of symptom and disease. ③The pathological character of wind disease is deficiency in origin and enrichment in symptom and deficiency mainly involved yingfen and weifen, qi and blood and zang-fu viscera. ④The common pathological products include static blood and phlegm-turbidity.
