王笑民教授用大剂解毒攻毒药治癌经验

摘要
文章从癌病发生发展的基本病机出发,通过对王笑民老师癌毒理论的探析,总结出临证治疗癌病的一种思路。由于癌毒其性炎热,易流窜充斥全身的特殊性,因此治疗癌病应从根源上清解癌毒。此外,王笑民老师认为癌毒是异常的邪火,所以治疗上应相应适当增加解毒药物的剂量,从而提出了大剂解毒攻毒的治疗方法。文中介绍了王笑民教授临证使用大剂量解毒抗癌药的治病经验,并列举了相关病案进行浅析,证明了对症逐步增加解毒的药力可以有效缓解患者症状并在有限的时间内降低相关肿瘤指标。
Based on the basic pathogenesis of cancer,clinical treatment thoughts on cancer were summarized by analyzing the cancerous toxins theory of Professor WANG Xiao-mine. The cancerous toxins shaud be cleaned from the root because cancerous toxins was characterized by heat and fluidity which is full of the whole body. In addition,Professor WANG Xiao-min considered that cancerous toxins was an abnormal evil fire,so the dosage of antidotes should be increased appropriately. The treatment for a large dose of detoxification was put forward in treatment of cancerous toxins. The experience in treatment of cancer with large doses of detoxification anticancer medicine was introduced. Also,the relevant cases were used to prove that the symptomatic increase of detoxification could effectively alleviate the symptoms of patients and reduce the relevant tumor indicators within a limited time.
