宣痹通瘀胶囊对异丙肾上腺素诱发大鼠心肌缺血的影响

摘要
目的:探讨并验证宣痹通瘀胶囊对ISO诱导大鼠心肌缺血性损伤的保护作用。方法:将60只Wistar大鼠按随机数字表法分为空白组、模型组、对照组及宣痹通瘀高、中、低剂量组。通过腹腔注射ISO诱发大鼠心肌缺血模型,观察大鼠心电图ST段、血清心肌三酶AST、CK和LDH活性及心肌组织SOD活性和MDA含量变化。结果:与模型组比较,宣痹通瘀各剂量组心电图ST段上移幅度、血清心肌三酶活性均有不同程度下降,具有增强SOD活性和降低MDA含量的作用,高剂量组效果优于对照组,中剂量组效果接近对照组,低剂量组效果不及对照组。结论:宣痹通瘀胶囊预防性给药能减轻大鼠心肌缺血性损伤程度,其效果与用药量呈正相关。
Objective: To verify the protective effect of Xuanbi Tongyu Capsule on myocardial ischemic injury induced by ISO in rats. Methods: Sixty Wistar rats were randomly divided into blank group,model group,control group,Xuanbi Tongyu high,middle and low dose group. The changes of ST segment,serum myocardial trienzymes AST,CK and LDH activity,SOD activity and MDA content in myocardial tissue of rats were observed by intraperitoneal injection of ISO.Results: Compared with the model group,the ST-segment elevation amplitude and serum myocardial trienzymes activity of each dose group of Xuanbi Tongyu were decreased in varying degrees; both of them could enhance SOD activity and reduce MDA content to a certain extent; the effect of high dose group was better than that of control group; the effect of middle dose group was close to that of control group; the effect of low dose group was less than that of control group. Conclusion:Preventive administration of Xuanbi Tongyu capsule can reduce the degree of myocardial ischemic injury in rats,and the effect is positively correlated with the dosage of Xuanbi Tongyu capsule.
