引气剂对火山渣干混保温砌筑砂浆性能的影响

摘要
通过在火山渣干混保温砌筑砂浆中掺入引气剂,系统研究了引气剂对火山渣保温砌筑砂浆稠度、表观密度、导热系数、抗压强度、收缩率以及抗冻性的影响。结果表明:引气剂掺量为0.12%时,保温砌筑砂浆的收缩率最低,抗冻性最好,表观密度降低了16.9%,导热系数降低了35.9%,抗压强度为10.8 MPa,满足砌筑砂浆的要求。
        By incorporating different amounts of air entraining agent into the volcanic slag dry-mixed thermal insulation masonry mortar,systematically studied the effects of air entraining agent on the consistency,apparent density,thermal conductivity,compressive strength,shrinkage and frost resistance of volcanic slag insulation masonry mortar. The test results show,when the amount of air entraining agent is 0.12%,the thermal insulation masonry mortar has the lowest shrinkage rate,the best frost resistance,the apparent density is reduced by 16.9%,the thermal conductivity is reduced by 35.9%,and the compressive strength is 10.8 MPa,meet the requirements of masonry mortar.
