摘要
我国职业教育已建立国家、地方、院校三级专业教学标准体系,其中专业教学标准是重要组成部分。在统一的框架结构和行动要求基础上,专业教学标准制定关键在于以严谨的组织及广泛调研实现标准化,以岗位分层能力分级定位中高职培养目标,运用科学方法获取职业能力标准,并建立起课程与能力的对应关系。目前,标准重制定轻实施的问题严重,必须建立起标准建设的长效机制,抓宣传、抓培训、抓执行及动态调整,推动专业建设的科学化、规范化和现代化发展。
        China's vocational education has established a national, local and institutional three-level professional teaching standards system, of which professional teaching standards are an important part of the system. On the basis of unified framework structure and action requirements, for the formulation of professional teaching standards, the key is to achieve standardization through rigorous organization and extensive research, to position the training objectives of secondary and higher vocational colleges based on the hierarchical ability of posts,to obtain professional ability standards by scientific methods, and to establish the corresponding relationship between curriculum and ability.At present, the problem of putting more emphasis on the establishment of standards than on their implementation is serious. It is necessary to establish a long-term mechanism for the construction of standards, and focus on publicity, training, implementation and dynamic adjustment, so as to promote the scientific, standardized and modern development of specialt construction.
