摘要
在矿井探放水过程中,传统定向钻探技术具有无法精确定向、钻进效率低等不足。鉴于此,对基于螺杆马达随钻测量系统的钻孔精确定向技术进行了研究,对钻孔装备、工艺流程、钻孔设计及定向轨迹设计等进行了详述,并应用钻孔精确定向技术对煤矿老空水的探放进行了工程实践,最终成功施工分支孔2,实现了预期的探放水及疏排水目标。
        In the process of mine water exploration and drainage, traditional directional drilling technology has the disadvantages of inaccurate orientation and low drilling efficiency. In view of this, this paper studied the precise orientation technology of drilling based on the screw motor measurement while drilling system and expatiated the drilling equipment, process flow, drilling design and orientation trajectory design in detail. The precise orientation technology of drilling was applied to the engineering practice of the old goaf water exploration and drainage in coal mines, and the branch hole 2 was constructed finally, realizing the expected water exploration and drainage targets.
