摘要
从产业组织心理学和组织行为学的视角,对近年来西方学者从微观层面研究(基于组织层面以员工为中心研究企业社会责任)企业社会责任的文献进行了综述,围绕企业社会责任的构念、理论基础和实证研究的成果进行了系统梳理,整理了未来基于微观层面的企业社会责任研究的架构与建议,对微观企业社会责任理论与组织理论的融合发展提供了新的研究方向。
        From the perspective of industrial organization psychology and organizational behavior,this paper reviews the literature on corporate social responsibility in western countries from the micro level(that is,the research centered-employee on corporate social responsibility)based on the organizational level.Based on the idea of corporate social responsibility,theoretical basis and the results of empirical research,it makes a systematic comb.It puts forward the structure and suggestion of the future research on corporate social responsibility based on micro-level,with a view to providing new research direction for the integration of micro-enterprise social responsibility theory and organizational theory.
