广西全州县鲁水村古民居保护与开发研究

摘要
传统民居在反映地域文化、信仰价值与社会生活的丰富性上具有重要的作用。笔者通过实地走访了鲁水村古民居,利用访谈法等对其进行个案研究,阐述鲁水村古民居保护与开发的现状,明确乡村振兴建设与古民居的保护、开发的关系,提出在修旧如旧的前提下对古民居进行修缮和保护、成立修缮基金会、建立文化博物馆等保护措施,并为鲁水村古民居的开发提出了发展全域旅游、乡村生活型旅游、注重长期规划等具有可行性的可持续发展的对策。
Traditional residences have an important role in reflecting regional culture,beliefs and social life. The author analyzes the vernacular dwellings in Lushui village via visiting and interviewing. The thesis expounds the present situation and defines the relationship between the rural revitalization and the protection of ancient dwellings. It seeks to protect ancient dwellings on the premise of "restoring them as they were",establish the renovation foundation and set up cultural museums for the preservation of the ancient dwellings. For the development of ancient houses in Lushui Village,the paper provides relevant strategies, including global tourism,rural life tourism,a longterm planning and other feasible sustainable development countermeasures.
