摘要
为准确了解广东省电力负荷特性的变化规律及其与主要影响因素之间的相互关系,根据广东省电网历史负荷数据,采用定量和定性分析相结合的方法,研究了主要外部因素对负荷特性主要指标的影响程度。结果表明,产业及居民用电结构对月不均衡系数、日负荷率的变化具有决定性作用,气温的变化主要对年内各月的负荷水平影响较大,需求侧管理对负荷特性指标的影响主要体现在削峰填谷、提高负荷均衡性上。研究结果为开展电源结构优化布局、合理制定调峰措施等电网规划工作提供了决策依据。
        In order to master the changes of power load characteristics in Guangdong Province and their major influencing factors as well as the relation between them,according to the historical load data of Guangdong power grid,this paper studied the influences of main external factors on the main indices of load characteristics.The method combined with qualitative and quantitative analysis was adopted.The results show that the power consumption structures of three industries and residents play a definitive role in the changes of monthly uneven coefficients and daily load rates.Temperature changes have a large impact on monthly load levels during the year.The influence of demand-side management on indices of load characteristics reflects in peak load shifting control so as to improve the load balance.The researches of this paper provide a decision-making basis for power grid planning,such as optimal arrangement of power source structures,formulation of reasonable measures for peak-load regulation and so on.
