摘要
通过混凝实验对典型煤气化灰水Ca~(2+)、Mg~(2+)、SiO_2的去除情况进行研究,探讨了煤气化灰水结垢离子的去除方法。结果表明,氢氧化钠和碳酸钠双碱组合是煤气化灰水除硬理想的药剂组合,石灰法基本没有碱度去除能力,同时,高pH有利于硅的脱除。铁系混凝剂经混凝沉淀后Fe~(3+)残余质量浓度在0.1 mg/L以下,可满足后续回用水单元的接水要求。
        The research on the removal of scaling ions,including Ca~(2+),Mg~(2+)and SiO_2,from typical coal gasification ash water has been accomplished through coagulation experiments,and the method of removing scaling ions from gasification ash water discussed. The results show that the double-alkali combination of sodium hydroxide and sodium carbonate is an ideal chemical combination for removing the hardness from coal gasification ash water. It is known that lime method does not have alkalinity removing capability basically. In addition,high pH is advantageous to the removal of silica. After the ferric coagulants have been coagulated and precipitated,the mass concentration of the residues is below 0.1 mg/L,meeting the water receiving requirements for subsequent water reuse unit.
