摘要
以四羟甲基三聚氰胺、甲醇为原料,单因素法优化甲醚化三聚氰胺甲醛树脂合成条件,并对树脂结构进行了~1H-NMR、FT-IR、GPC分析表征。结果表明,树脂制备较优工艺如下:四羟甲基三聚氰胺与甲醇物质的量比为1.0∶6.5,醚化温度45℃,pH 4.0,醚化保温时间50~60 min,醚化后70℃下减压蒸馏45 min脱醇脱水,得到的树脂游离甲醛质量分数≤0.5%,粘度4 000~6 000 m Pa·s,pH 8.50~9.50时,贮存时间>180 d,树脂水溶性好。树脂含羟甲基、亚氨基、甲氧基等特征官能团,平均分子质量380左右。
        The methyl etherified melamine formaldehyde resin was synthesized by using tetrahydroxymethyl melamine and methanol as raw materials and the etherification reaction conditions were optimized by single factor method. The structure of the product resin was characterized by~1 H-NMR,FT-IR and GPC. The resin optimized synthetic conditions were as followed :molar ratio of tetrahydroxymethyl melamine to methanol 1. 0 ∶ 6. 5,ether reaction temperature 45 ℃,pH value 4. 0,ether reaction time 50-60 min. After etherification the alcohol and water were removed by distillation at 70 ℃ for 45 min under reduced pressure. The obtained resin had a free formaldehyde content less than 0. 5 %,and a viscosity of 4 000 to6 000 m Pa ·s. The resin could be stored at pH of 8. 50 to 9. 50 for 180 d or more. The resin had good water solubility. The resin contained the characteristic functional groups such as methylol group,imino group and methoxy group,and had an average molecular weight of about 380.
