HDF结构浸渍胶膜纸饰面OSB生产工艺探讨

摘要
以定向刨花板(OSB)为基材,HDF为平衡层,三聚氰胺浸渍胶膜纸为面层,按特定生产工艺制备HDF结构浸渍胶膜纸饰面OSB,并检测其性能。结果显示,产品的各项理化性能指标均满足Q/TBB 0022—2017《浸渍胶膜纸饰面人造板》的要求,表面耐龟裂性能得到显著提高。
The production technology and performances of surface decorated oriented strand board(OSB) with paper impregnated thermosetting resins(abbreviated as ecological OSB) was discussed. The Ecological OSB had a three-layer structure, including one OSB layer(based layer), one HDF layer(equilibrium layer) and one melamine impregnated paper layer(surface layer). The results showed that all physical and chemical properties of the ecological OSB meet the requirements of the standard Q/TBB 0022—2017 Surface decorated wood-based panels with paper impregnated thermosetting resins. The surface performances, especially the surface crack resistance, were significantly improved.
