抗合成酶综合征临床特点分析
摘要
目的通过分析抗合成酶综合征患者的临床资料,总结不同亚型抗合成酶综合征的临床特点,加深对疾病的理解,指导诊断,帮助治疗。方法回顾性分析2015年1月至2019年1月郑州大学第一附属医院收治的51例抗合成酶综合征患者的临床资料,包括不同亚型抗合成酶抗体患者的年龄、性别、病程首发症状等临床数据,自身抗体、炎症指标等实验室检查指标。结果抗Jo-1抗体阳性患者关节疼痛发生率较其他亚型高,抗PL-12抗体阳性患者口干、皮疹的发生率较其他亚型高(均P<0.05)。ASS合并ILD患者血清KL-6水平高于未合并ILD患者(均P<0.05)。结论抗Jo-1抗体阳性ASS关节病变更为严重,抗PL-12抗体阳性患者皮疹、口干症状发病率较高。血清KL-6水平可以预测ASS是否合并ILD。
