摘要
目的:探讨塞来昔布结合卡马西平治疗癫痫的疗效及其机制。方法:选取癫痫患者60例随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组口服卡马西平,观察组患者在对照组药物治疗的基础上加服塞来昔布,两组患者连续治疗3个月。观察两组患者临床疗效,同时比较治疗前与治疗后以及对照组与观察组血清炎症因子TNF-α、IL-6和CRP水平。结果:观察组临床总有效率96.7%与对照组总有效率60.0%比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组治疗前与治疗后TNF-α、IL-6、CRP比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且治疗后观察组TNF-α、IL-6和CRP含量明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:塞来昔布结合卡马西平治疗癫痫患者疗效显著,其机制可能是通过降低癫痫患者体内的炎症反应。
        Objective: To explore the efficacy and mechanism of Celecoxib combined with Carbamazepine for the treatment of epilepsy.Methods: 60 epilepsy patients were randomly divided into control group(30 cases) and observation group(30 cases).The control group was given Carbamazepine orally,and the observation group was given Celecoxib combined with Carbamazepine.The two groups of patients were being treated for three months.The clinical efficacy of two groups was observed and the levels of TNF-α、IL-6 and CRP in serum were tested before and after treatment.Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.7%,significant higher than that of the control group(60.0%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The TNF-α、IL-6 and CRP in the observation group before treatment were significantly lower than after treatment with statistical difference(P<0.01),and the levels of TNF-α、IL-6 and CRP in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment with statistical difference(P<0.01).Conclusion: Celecoxib combined with Carbamazepine in treatment of epilepsy has significant clinical effect,and the mechanism may be to reduce the inflammatory reaction in epilepsy.
