化痰祛风逐瘀方对癫痫患者发作的临床疗效

摘要
目的:观察化痰祛风逐瘀方对癫痫患者发作的临床疗效。方法:将96例癫痫患者随机平均分为对照组和治疗组,对照组给予西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组常规治疗的基础上给予化痰祛风逐瘀方治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果:治疗组患者治疗后的总有效率为95.8%,脑电图异常的改善率为72.9%;对照组治疗后总有效率为60.4%,脑电图异常的改善率为39.6%,两组总有效率和改善率的比较均具有显著差异(P?0.05),治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。治疗组治疗前后的月平均发作次数、血糖、血钙和血镁的浓度有极其显著的差异(P?0.01);治疗组治疗后的月平均发作次数较对照组治疗后有显著差异(P?0.05)。结论:化痰祛风逐瘀方不但可有效控制癫痫发作,提高临床疗效,同时对改善患者的生活质量、降低不良反应的发生也具有显著作用。
Objective:To observe and analysis the clinical effect of Huatan Qufeng Zhuyu Prescription epilepsy patients.Methods:96cases of epilepsy patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group on average.Control group was the conventional modern medical therapy,and the treatment group was the huatan qufeng zhuyu prescription with the conventional Modern medical therapy.And then analysis the clinical effect on treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.8% after treatment,and efficiency of abnormal electroencephalogram improved was 72.9%.But The total effective rate of the control group was 60.4%after treatment,and efficiency of abnormal electroencephalogram improved was 39.6%.The two group were significantly different(P<0.05),and the curative effect of treatment group was obviously better than the control group.Monthly average episodes number,the concentration of blood sugar,blood Mg and blood Ca of treatment group before treatment had extremely significant difference with that after treatment(P<0.01).Treatment group monthly average onset times after treatment was significantly different than the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The huatan qufeng zhuyu prescription not only can effectively control the seizures,but only improve clinical curative effect.It can significantly improve the patient's life quality and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions at the same time.
