摘要
脉冲染料激光在皮肤科多用于治疗血管性疾病,如鲜红斑痣、血管瘤、静脉湖、毛细血管扩张等,具有良好的疗效和安全性。此外,有研究发现可将其用于治疗化脓性肉芽肿、毛周角化病、痤疮、瘢痕等其他疾病。本文就脉冲染料激光在皮肤病治疗中的应用现状及进展进行综述。
        Pulsed dye laser is widely used in dermatology for the treatment of vascular dermatosis,such as port-wine stain,hemangioma,venous lake,telangiectasia,etc.It has good efficacy and safety.In addition,some studies have found that it can be used to treat pyogenic granuloma,keratosis pilaris,acne,scar and other diseases.This review focuses on the application and progress of pulsed dye laser in the treatment of dermatology.
