目标系统理论和行为选择
摘要
本文系统阐述了目标系统理论的认知性、动机性等特征,分析无意识激活和意义思考两种目标激活的方式,并结合团队行为特征分析了目标理论和行为选择之间的关系,为后续团队行为研究提供了一种新的思路。
