气相色谱法测定20万t/a焦炉气制甲醇系统气体组分的应用

摘要
焦炉气制甲醇生产中各气相组分的准确测定有利于稳定控制工艺参数,为此益达化工采用气相色谱法,对20万t/a焦炉气制甲醇生产中的系统气组分进行了分析。结果显示,采用气相色谱法分析转化气的相对标准偏差小于0.45%,加标回收率88.08%~100.0%;焦炉气、合成气的相对标准偏差小于0.52%,加标回收率97.70%~111.72%,符合GB/T 10410—2008对分析结果重复性的要求。并通过统计转化气、入塔气和循环气等生产数据,得到了可作为判断气相色谱分析结果是否可信的经验关系。
        Accurate determination of gas phase components in coke oven gas to methanol is conducive to stable control of process parameters.For this reason,Yida Chemical Co.,Ltd.used gas chromatography method to analyze the systematic gas components in 200 000 t/a coke oven gas to methanol project.The results showed that the relative standard deviation of converted gas was less than 0.45%,and the recovery rate was 88.08%-100.0%.The relative standard deviation of coke oven gas and syngas was less than 0.46%,and the recovery rate was 97.70%-111.72%.The results met the repeatability requirements of GB/T10410—2008 on analysis results.Based on the production data of converted gas,tower inlet gas and circulating gas,an empirical relation was obtained to judge whether the results of gas chromatography analysis were credible or not.
