眼疾老年人孤独感现状及其影响因素分析

摘要
[目的]了解眼疾老年人孤独感现状及影响因素。[方法]选取唐山市10个社区卫生服务中心辖区居民中75岁及以上的眼疾老年人,采用孤独量表以面对面入户方式调查。[结果]412例眼疾高龄老年人孤独感评分为(43.08±10.59)分。多元线性回归分析显示,文化程度、与子女关系、与子女交流、子女是否听取父母意见、与邻里交往频率、因视力能否在家中安全行走是眼疾老年人孤独感的影响因素(P<0.05)。[结论]唐山市眼疾老年人孤独感明显,子女应多关心、陪伴父母,满足其情感需求;社区应关注老年人的生活,鼓励邻里互助,缓解孤独情绪。
Objective:To understand status quo of loneliness in elderly with eye diseases and its influencing factors.Methods:From 10 community health service center areas in tangshan,the residents 75 years old and even older with eye diseases were chosen by face-to-face way household survey and were evaluated by loneliness scale.Results:412 cases of elderly with eye diseases′loneliness score was(43.08±10.59)and multivariate linear regression analysis showed that the degree of culture communication and relationships with their children and if their children listened to their parents,frequency of neighborhood communication,Safe walking at home due to visual acuity were influencing factors of loneliness in elderly with eye diseases(P<0.05).Conclusions:The elderly with eye diseases in tangshan city had a strong sense of loneliness.The community should pay attention to the life of the elderly,encourage neighbors to help each other,and relieve their loneliness.
