非物质文化遗产知识产权价值评估的理论研究

摘要
为了非物质文化遗产的创造性转化和创新性发展,有必要加强非物质文化遗产知识产权价值评估的理论和实证研究。非物质文化遗产知识产权价值评估体系的建设是一个系统工程,既要有理论上的研究和引导,还需要进行各方面的协调,才能全面提高评估的水平,进而深入挖掘并提升非物质文化遗产知识产权的价值。
In order to creatively transform and innovate intangible cultural heritage,it is necessary to enforce both theoretical and empirical studies on the intellectual property value assessment of intangible cultural heritage. It is a systematic project to construct the intellectual property value assessment system of intangible cultural heritage,which demands both theoretical research and guidance,and practical coordination among all parties. It can thus improve the all-round evaluation competence,and deeply excavate and enhance the intellectual property rights of intangible cultural heritage.
