摘要
科技成果商业化有利于实现知识产权价值最大化,提高技术生产力、产业竞争力。为了加快成果转化应用,中国石油集团公司测井有限公司西南分公司积极探索特色射孔技术商业化模式。在"先锋"分簇射孔技术商业化运作中,通过技术有形化丰富宣传载体,确定具体技术单元及构成;对技术进行价值评估,为商业化推广提供科学合理的定价依据;以技术分析和市场分析为基础,细化市场推广策略;按市场所需优化完善技术,提供技术支撑、售后响应等服务,获得技术增量。2018年,"先锋"分簇射孔技术施工与服务数量同比增长50%,配套射孔弹和射孔器材销量同比分别增长68.83%和345.97%,取得了较好的市场收益。
        Conversion of technological achievements is helpful to maximization of intellectual property value and improvement of technological production power and industrial competitiveness. To accelerate conversion of technological achievements,CNPC Logging Southwest Branch has made active efforts for research on commercialization pattern of characteristic perforation technology. In commercialization of XF multi-fire perforation, the concrete technological units and components were determined by means of a variety of promotion carriers for technological tangibleness. The value of technology was evaluated to provide the scientific and reasonable pricing basis for extensive commercialization. Based on technological analysis and market analysis, the policies for market promotions were formulated in details. In accordance with market demands, the efforts were made for optimizing and perfecting the technology and offering the services of technological support and after-sale response, achieving technological advancement. In 2018, the quantities in application and service of XF multifire perforation technology grew 50 percent as compared to the previous year. The sales of the relative perforation charge and perforation equipment also rose 68.83 percent and 345.9 percent respectively, achieving desirable market results.
