摘要
介绍废塑料炼油的基本工艺流程,设计基于S7-400冗余PLC的废塑料炼油自控系统。系统下位机采用S7-400 PLC,上位机采用西门子工控机(IPC),与传感器、变送器及变频器等组成一套完整的自控系统,实时监测废塑料炼油系统的各项参数,对炼油过程进行实时控制与调节。
        The basic technological process of waste plastics refining was described and S7-400 PLC-based auto-control system for it was designed, in which, the system's slave computer employs S7-400 PLC with IPC as its host computer, which, together with the sensor, transmitter and frequency converter constitute a complete set of auto-control system to monitor all parameters of the waste plastics refining system at real time and to control and regulate the oil refining process.
