我国高职院校从示范到优质建设的反思与完善

摘要
反思示范高职院校建设过程中存在的重遴选过程而忽视绩效评估,重视硬件建设而轻视软件建设,重视少数学生培养而忽视多数学生利益以及教师参与、扩散效应有限等问题。提出在当前优质高职院校建设过程中,必须要构建以绩效评估为基础的经费资助体系,突出以软件建设为重心的验收标准,构建惠及全体学生的人才培养模式,建立以教师为主导的治理机制,打造以优质高职院校为核心的区域集团化办学网络,以加强优质高职院校建设的引领带动作用,提升优质高职院校建设的质量。
This paper firstly reflects the problems existing in the process of building demonstration higher vocational colleges, such as paying attention to the process of re-selection while ignoring achievement evaluation, paying attention to hardware construction while ignoring software construction, attaching importance to minority student training while ignoring the benefit of most students. Based on this, it is put forward to, in the process of current construction of high-quality higher vocational colleges, build a funding system based on performance evaluation, highlight the acceptance criteria focusing on software construction, build a talent training model that benefits all students,establish a teacher-led governance mechanism, establish a regional group-run school network centered on high-quality higher vocational colleges, so as to strengthen the leading role of and improve the quality of high-quality higher vocational colleges.
