调精理论在男性不育症的应用

摘要
调精理论是郭军教授治疗男性不育症的学术思想和用药经验总结。调精理论包括治精、养精、强精三部分,治精是针对精液参数未达标准值,且伴有临床症状,治疗上以补肾为基本治法,注重调和脾胃和祛除湿、痰、郁、瘀病理因素;养精针对精液参数正常,不伴有临床症状,强调精血、神志、饮食三方面的调养;强精是针对精液质量正常,处于亚健康状态,着重调和肾、心、肝。三者以患者自身为整体,以精子为纽带,以受孕为共同目的,在理论和治疗上形成了一种"闭环",为男性不育症治疗提供了新思路。
Sperm regulation implies the academic thought and medication experiences of professor Guojun in treatment of infertility. The theory on sperm regulation includes modulating sperm,nourishing sperm and strengthening sperm.Modulating sperm is used for the unqualified sperm parameters,combined with relevant clinical symptoms. The treatment focuses on tonifying kidney,regulating spleen and stomach and removing the pathological factors such as damp,phlegm,qi and stasis. Nourishing sperm is used for the cases with normal sperm parameters,without relevant symptoms combined. The treatment is underlined on the regulation of essence,blood,spirits and diets. Strengthening sperm is good for the cases with normal sperm quality,but in the subhealthy state. The treatment focuses on regulating kidney,heart and liver. Such theory provides a new approach to the treatment of infertility.
