摘要
为研究贝尔美对奶牛生产性能的影响,选择健康泌乳奶牛20头,随机分为对照A组和试验B组2组,每组10头;选择患有隐性乳房炎泌乳奶牛20头,随机分为对照C组与试验D组2组,每组10头。对照组饲喂正常日粮,试验组在正常日粮基础上添加贝尔美预混剂300mg/kg,分别于0、15、30、45、60d记录产奶量;采集血样检测血常规;采集乳样检测体细胞数。试验结果显示,在预防试验中,贝尔美对健康奶牛血液中的白细胞(WBC)、淋巴细胞(LYM)、中间细胞(MID)、中性粒细胞(GRA)等免疫细胞有提高的作用(P<0.05),对红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白(HGB)、血小板(PLT)指标无显著影响;与对照A组相比,试验B组产奶量有所增加,且在45d和60d时增加显著(P<0.05);试验B组能够缓解体细胞的上升趋势,且在60d时显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。在治疗试验中,贝尔美能够缓解隐性乳房炎奶牛的红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白(HGB)和血小板(PLT)的升高,降低中性粒细胞(GRA)、白细胞(WBC)炎性细胞的数量;在30、45、60d时,试验D组比对照C组显著增加隐性乳房炎奶牛的产奶量(P<0.05);试验D组的体细胞数在45d和60d显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。说明贝尔美对奶牛的生产性能有一定促进作用。
        This study was designed to find out the effect of Beiermei on productive performance in dairy cows.20 healthy dairy cows were divided into two groups,control A(basal diet only)and treatment B(basal diet plus 300mg/kg Beiermei).The dairy cows were selected by CMT method,and 20 dairy cows with subclinical mastitis were divided into two groups,control C(basal diet only)and treatment D(basal diet plus 300mg/kg Beiermei premix).All dairy cows were fed for 60 d.Blood and milk samples were collected on 0d,15 d,30d,45 d,60d,respectively.Milk yields were recorded on these days.Blood samples were used to detect blood routine,and milk samples were used to detect somatic cell counts(SCC).In the prevention trials,Beiermei significantly increased WBC,LYM,MID,GRA cells in the blood of healthy cows,and no significant effect on RBC,HGB,and PLT.Compared to control A,milk yield increased in treatment B and significantly increased on 45 dand 60d(P<0.05).SCC upward trend alleviated in treatment B,and SCC was significant lower than that in control A on 60 d.In the treatment trial,the values of RBC,HGB and PLT in dairy cows with subclinical mastitis alleviated,and GRA and WBC decreased by Beiermei.Compared to control C,milk yield significantly increased by treatment D on 30 d,45dand 60d(P<0.05)and SCC was significantly decreased on 45 dand 60d(P<0.05).In summary,Beiermei has prevention and treatment effect on subclinical mastitis in dairy cows,and also can improve the quality of milk.
