国医大师禤国维论治皮肌炎经验

摘要
本文总结禤国维教授论治皮肌炎经验。禤教授认为本病发生主要由禀赋不耐,气血亏虚于内,风湿热邪侵于外所致,多从正虚、热毒、湿热立论,以正虚为本,感受热毒和湿热为因,三者相互作用,引起皮肤、肌肉之病变。临床上分期论治,重视益气健脾法,并贯穿本病治疗始终。
This article summarized Professor XUAN Guowei's experience in treating dermatomyositis. Professor XUAN thinks that the pathogenesis of this disease is innate weakness and internal deficiency of qi and blood, which fails to bear the invasion of wind-dampness-heat. The theory, based on "asthenia of healthy energy", "heat-toxicity" and "damp-heat", takes "asthenia of healthy energy" as the basis, and "heat-toxicity" and "damp-heat" as the etiology.The interactions of the three finally cause the lesions of skin and muscle. In clinic, the treatment should be carried out by stages and pay attention to the method of nourishing qi to invigorate spleen, which throughout the course of the disease.
