柴胡桂枝干姜汤治疗乳腺癌术后寒热错杂证验案

摘要
本文介绍1例乳腺癌术后患者,既往多次化疗及放疗,出现上热下寒证,表现为疲劳乏力伴重度失眠,急躁易怒,双足冰冷,大便稀溏、次频,上半身动则易汗,皮肤痒疹,尿少尿黄,心悸气短。四诊合参,辨证为少阳、太阴合病,使用《伤寒论》柴胡桂枝干姜汤加减,取得了满意疗效。
This article introduced one case of postoperative patient with breast cancer, with multiply times of chemotherapy and radiotherapy, showing syndrome of upper heat and lower cold. The manifestations were fatigue associated with severe insomnia, irritability, cold feet, stool not forming with high frequency, easy to sweating of upper body, the skin itch rash, yellow urine oliguria, palpitations and shortness of breath. According to four diagnostic methods, syndrome differentiation defined as disease combined by Shaoyang and Taiyan. Modified Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction from Shang Han Lun obtained satisfying efficacy for this disease.
