B细胞刺激因子受体介导的核因子-κB信号通路对类风湿关节炎的B细胞的活化及表达的研究

<正>B细胞刺激因子(BAFF)是肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)家族的成员, TALL-1,zTNF4,或THANK,BAFF是B细胞生长、发育和分化中关键的免疫调控因子[1]。BAFF主要由单核细胞、树突状细胞和T细胞分泌[1]。BAFF的刺激也会导致成熟静息的B细胞的长期存活[2]。将BAFF添加到B细胞中培养,可以促进B细胞从IgM型到IgG的类型转换[2]。
