参苓白术散加减配合针刺治疗单纯型肥胖的疗效观察

摘要
目的探究参苓白术散加减配合针刺治疗单纯型肥胖的疗效。方法随机选取于2012年6月-2014年6月前来我院接受治疗的96例单纯性肥胖患者作为本次研究试验对象,根据随机数表法将患者分成观察组和对照组,对照组又分为中药组和针刺组,观察组患者采用口服参苓白术散加减和针刺综合治疗方案,观察对比三组治疗后体重变化,分析结果。结果两组肥胖症患者治疗后,观察组患者总有效率高达93.75%,只服用中药的患者组总有效率只有71.88%,两组比较有统计学意义(u=4.7873,P=0.0913)。观察组患者无效只有2例,总有效率达93.75%,针刺组有11例无效,总有效率只有65.63%,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用参苓白术散加减同时配合针刺治疗单纯性肥胖患者有较好疗效,值得广泛推荐于临床上使用。
[Objective]To explore the curative effect of obesity treated by Shenlin Baizhu San and acupuncture.[Methods] Randomly selected 96 cases of obesity patients as the research objectfrom admitted in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2012,and then divided them into observation group and control groupaccording to the stochastic indicator method,the control groupwas divided into Chinese medicine group and acupuncture group,the observation group was treated by Shenlin Baizhu San andacupuncture,and then observed and analyzed changes of the weight after treatment.[Results]After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was up to 93.75%,and the total effective rate with taking Chinese traditional medicine was only 71.88%,the difference of the two groups had statistical significance(u=4.7873,P=4.7873).Only 2 cases of observation group were invalid,the total effective rate was 93.75%,and 11 cases of the acupuncture group were ineffective,the total effective rate was only 65.63%,the difference of two groups hadstatistically significant(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The obesity treated by Shenlin Baizhu San and acupuncture have good curative effect,worthy of widely recommended in clinical use.
