针刺治疗原发性抑郁症选穴组方规律分析

目的:基于中医传承辅助平台(V2. 5)的功能,探讨针刺治疗原发性抑郁症的选穴组方规律,为临床提供参考依据。方法:检索并提取CNKI(2000年1月1日—2018年1月5日)、VIP(1989—2018年1月5日)、万方数据知识服务平台(不限—2018年1月5日)数据库中针刺治疗原发性抑郁症的穴位处方,将信息录入中医传承辅助平台,运用软件集成、聚类分析等数据挖掘方法,分析选穴组方规律。结果:录入214首穴位处方,其中百会、印堂、内关穴是使用频次≥100的腧穴;腧穴使用频次排名前三的经脉是督脉、心包经、肝经;主要采用交会穴、五输穴、原穴等特定穴;百会和印堂穴配伍使用频次最高;通过聚类分析得到新组方5首。结论:通过针刺治疗原发性抑郁症调节相关脏腑经络气血运行,平衡阴阳。本研究中中医传承辅助平台是整理分析针灸治疗抑郁症规律的重要辅助工具,得到的选穴、组方规律可为临床治疗抑郁症提供参考依据。
Objective: To explore the regularity of acupoint selection in acupuncture treatment of primary depression based on TCM heritage support platform( V2. 5),so as to provide reference for its clinical treatment.Methods: Acupoint prescriptions treating primary depression were retrieved from CNKI( Jan. 1,2000-Jan. 5,2018),VIP( 1989-Jan. 5,2018),and Wanfang( unlimited-2018. 1. 5),and the information was entered into the TCM heritage support platform. The data collection method of software integration and cluster analysis was used to analyze the rules of selecting points. Results: 214 acupoint prescriptions were entered,in which Baihui( GV20),Yintang( EX-HN3) and Neiguan( PC6) were points used with frequency of more than 100 times. The first three meridians with highest frequency were Governor Vessel,Pericardium meridian and Liver meridian. The main points used were crossing points,five-shu acupoints,and yuan-source acupoints. The combination of GV20 and EX-HN3 has the highest frequency. Five new prescriptions were obtained by clustering analysis. Conclusion: Acupuncture treating primary depression is through regulating related organs and meridians,activating qi and blood,balancing yin and yang. In this study,the TCM heritage support platform is an important auxiliary tool for mining and analyzing the rules of acupuncture and acupoint selection. The selection of acupoints and the rule of points prescription can provide reference for the clinical treatment of primary depression.
