摘要
针对工作场所中的非正式学习,将宏观分析与微观分析结合,从两个维度来考察工作场所中的非正式学习,即三层次维度(组织层次、团队层次和个体层次)和三环节过程维度(目标、激发和评估)。以此建构"虚实空间融合下工作场所中的非正式学习"的概念框架,在面对面的学习空间中以行动中反思为核心概念,在虚拟的数字化学习空间中以组织知识为核心概念,并以个体的专业能力发展为中介性的核心概念,搭建了一个可以互相联通的概念体系,从而将非正式学习的抽象元素与具象元素结合起来。
        Focusing on informal learning in the workplace,combining macro-analysis with micro-analysis,this study examines the informal learning from two dimensions,namely,three-level dimension( organizational level,team level and individual level) and three-linkage process dimension( goal,motivation and evaluation). A conceptual framework of informal learning in the workplace under the integration of virtual and real space is established,which takes the reflection in action as the core concept in the face-toface learning space,and organizational knowledge as the core concept in the virtual digital learning space. In addition,a concept system is set up by taking the individual professional competence development as the intermediated core concept,combining the abstract and concrete elements of informal learning in the workplace.
