摘要
目的分析北京市热带医学研究所2013–2016年布鲁菌病血清学检测结果,为该病的防治及预防提供实验室依据。方法对疑似布鲁菌病病例进行血清学检测,采用虎红平板凝集试验检测布鲁菌特异性抗体;采用卡方检验计数资料。结果 2013–2016年北京热带医学研究所热带病门诊布鲁菌病初筛患者共5330例,血清学阳性率为8.48%,男性患者阳性率为10.89%,女性为4.93%,差异有统计学意义;青中年阳性率居高,50~年龄组阳性率最高,为13.51%,10~年龄组最低,为2.79%,差异有统计学意义;7月份的阳性率最高,为11.23%,11月份的阳性率最低,为6.11%。结论北京周边地区近四年布鲁菌病血清阳性患者逐渐增多,阳性率居高不下,应引起卫生防控部门的重视,加大监控和防治力度,有效降低北京周边地区布鲁菌人群传染危害。
        Objective To analyze the serological results for screening of brucellosis infection in clinical samples from Beijing Tropical Medicine Institution(BTMI) during 2013-2016, in order to provide laboratory basis for the control and prevention of Brucellosis. Methods Serological detection(RBPT) of suspected brucellosis infection cases in the outpatients department in BTMI was conducted and the results were analyzed. Results A total of 5330 suspected cases of brucellosis were detected and 452 positives were found, with the positive rate being 8.48%. Among the collected samples, the serological positive rate for men and women was 10.89% and 4.93%, respectively. Further age-related analysis suggested the highest serologic positive rate(13.51%) appeared in the year of 50~ group, and the lowest one(2.79%) appeared in the year of 10~ group. Significant seasonal peak was observed in July(11.23%), and valley observed in November(6.11%). Conclusion Brucellosis infection in Beijing is relatively high in the past four years. Effective measures should be taken to control the prevalence of brucellosis.
