浅析ZF15000/27.5/42型液压支架的尾梁改造

摘要
在特大型煤高产高效的生产中,液压支架是非常关键的设备之一。同煤同忻8207综放工作面配备了ZF15000/27. 5/42型液压支架。但在使用中支架频繁出现故障,并发生损坏。经现场观察,发现故障主要是由漏液造成的,而导致漏液的原因则是尾梁千斤顶活塞杆伸出时易被煤块破坏表面,伸回时就会破坏密封圈。为解决该问题,对尾梁进行了改造并增加了厚贴板提高强度。改造后的一段时间内设备未再出现故障,节约了维修和更换的资金,具有一定的实践价值。
        Hydraulic supports are one of the most critical equipment in the production of high-yield and high-efficiency coal mines. The ZF15000/27. 5/42 hydraulic support is used in No. 8207 fully mechanized caving face of Tongxin Coal Mine.However,during the production process,the hydraulic support frequently fails and the damage is severe. By the on-site observation,it was found that the fault was mainly caused by liquid leakage. After the transformation of tail beam and adding thick plate,the hydraulic support works well,which saves the funds of maintenance and replacement,and has certain practical value.
