破碎围岩巷道“注-架-锚”交互承载支护技术研究应用

摘要
本文基于山西某煤南一采区运输大巷穿越F14断层的工程背景,提出"注+架+锚"交互承载支护技术理论,现场应用后,破碎围岩巷道两帮最大移近量为216 mm,顶板最大下沉量为120 mm,地板最大底鼓量为135 mm,有效保持了巷道的长期稳定性,取得了良好效果,为同类巷道的支护控制问题提供了借鉴。
        Based on the engineering background of No. 1 mining area transportation roadway crossing F14 fault in the south of a coal mine in Shanxi Province, this paper puts forward the theory of " grout-shed-anchor " interactive bearing support technology. After field application, the maximum displacement of two sides of broken surrounding rock roadway is 216 mm, the maximum subsidence of roof is 120 mm, and the maximum floor heave is 135 mm. The long-term stability of roadway is effectively maintained, which provides a reference for the support control of similar roadways.
