盐酸曲美他嗪联合螺内酯及呋塞米对慢性心力衰竭患者心功能及生活质量的影响

摘要
目的探讨盐酸曲美他嗪联合螺内酯及呋塞米对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者心功能及生活质量的影响。方法选取信阳职业技术学院附属医院2016年9月—2018年3月CHF患者121例,随机分组法分为两组,观察组60例,对照组61例。在常规治疗基础上,对照组加用螺内酯及呋塞米治疗,观察组予以盐酸曲美他嗪联合螺内酯及呋塞米。观察对比治疗前及治疗3个月后两组心功能[左心室收缩末期内径(LVEDD)、左室射血分数(LVEF)]、生活质量(SF-36)评分。结果治疗3个月后,观察组LVEDD低于对照组,LVEF高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗3个月后观察组SF-36评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论盐酸曲美他嗪联合螺内酯及呋塞米治疗CHF患者,可改善患者心功能,提高其生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effects of trimetazidine hydrochloride combined with spironolactone and furosemide on cardiac function and quality of life in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods A total of 121 patients with CHF from September 2016 to March 2018 in our hospital were enrolled. The patients were divided into two groups by randomization, 60 in the observation group and 61 in the control group. On the basis of conventional treatment, the control group was treated with spironolactone and furosemide, and the observation group was given trimetazidine hydrochloride combined with spironolactone and furosemide. The cardiac function [LVEDD, left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)] and quality of life(SF-36) scores were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results s After 3 months of treatment, the LVEDD in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the LVEF was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). After 3 months of treatment, the SF-36 score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Trimetazidine hydrochloride combined with spironolactone and furosemide in patients with CHF can improve cardiac function and improve their quality of life.
