小切口疝气手术的治疗进展

摘要
腹股沟疝气是临床中的多发病和常见病之一,主要是因为腹腔内器官或组织连同卵巢、网膜、输卵管、肠壁等腹膜壁层组织,经腹股沟管或腹股沟区最薄弱处向体表突出而形成。手术是现阶段临床治疗腹股沟疝气的主要方法,本研究主要分析了小切口疝气手术的治疗进展,希望能为腹股沟疝气的治疗提供指导。
Inguinal hernia is one of the frequently occurring diseases and common diseases in clinic,its formation is due to the protrusion of organs or tissues with the ovary,omentum,fallopian tube,intestinal wall and other peritoneum parietal tissue in the abdominal cavity to the body surface through the inguinal canal or the weakest part of the inguinal region.Surgery is the main method of clinical treatment of inguinal hernia at this stage,this study mainly analyzed the progress of small incision hernia surgery,hoping to provide guidance for the treatment of inguinal hernia.
