舒肝宁注射液联合注射用丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸治疗难治性黄疸疗效观察

摘要
目的探讨舒肝宁注射液联合注射用丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸治疗难治性黄疸疗效。方法选取我院2012年1月至2017年12月收治的90例难治性黄疸患者研究,随机分为两组,对照组给予丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸,观察组采用舒肝宁注射液联合注射用丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸,对两组患者的治疗效果及治疗后肝功能指标进行观察对比。结果观察组治疗总有效率91.0%(41/45),无效4例、有效12例、显效29例;对照组仅为73.3%(33/45),无效12例、有效16例、显效17例,对比差异显著,P<0.05。治疗后肝功能指标水平比较,观察组肝功能指标显著优于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论在治疗难治性黄疸时,采取舒肝宁注射液联合注射用丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸可以获得良好效果,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of Shuganning injection combined with adenosylmethionine butanesulfonate for injection in the treatment of refractory jaundice. Methods 90 patients with refractory jaundice admitted to our hospital from January to December 2018 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with adenosine butanesulfonate, while the observation group was treated with Shuganning injection combined with adenosine butanesulfonate for injection. The therapeutic effect and liver function indexes of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was91.0%(41/45), 4 cases were ineffective, 12 cases were effective and 29 cases were markedly effective; the control group was only 73.3%(33/45), 12 cases were ineffective, 16 cases were effective and 17 cases were markedly effective, the difference was significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the liver function indexes in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of refractory jaundice, Shuganning injection combined with adenosylmethionine butanesulfonate for injection can achieve good results, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
