摘要
将6头80日龄伪狂犬病病毒(PRV) g B、g E抗体均为阴性的生长育肥猪随机分成对照组和感染组,每组3头。感染组试验猪通过颈部肌肉接种Fujian-LY株2m L,对照组猪经相同途径接种等体积的DMEM,每日观察记录试验猪的发病及死亡情况,试验期为7 d。结果显示,感染组育肥猪临床症状表现明显,在感染1 d后体温均开始升高,随着病情的发展,表现咳嗽、喘气、流鼻涕等典型的呼吸道症状,至试验结束未出现死亡。病理剖检显示,与对照组相比,感染育肥猪除脑部病变明显外,心、肝、脾、肺、肾等主要器官组织均未出现明显的肉眼可见病变。组织病理学检查结果显示,PRV Fujian-LY株已对感染育肥猪的多个主要器官组织造成了较为严重的病理损伤:脑实质中小血管扩张充血,血管周围有淋巴细胞包围的"血管套"现象;肝索紊乱、肝细胞坏死;免疫器官中淋巴细胞减少等。同时采用PCR及免疫组织化学方法对这些组织进行检测均呈PRV阳性。g B、g E抗体检测结果显示,感染猪在感染后第7天PRV g B、g E抗体均开始转阳。上述结果表明,PRV Fujian-LY株对生长育肥猪具有较强的致病性,在发病猪体内分布广泛。
        Six 80-day-old growing-finishing pigs,which pseudorabies virus(PRV) g B and g E antibodies were all negative,were randomly divided into control group(3 pigs) and infection group(3 pigs).The pigs in the infection group were inoculated with the PRV Fujian-LY strain through the neck muscle,and the control group pigs were inoculated with equal volume DMEM by the same way.And the incidence and mortality of the experimental pigs were observed daily for 7 days.The results showed that the clinical symptoms of the infected pigs were obvious,the body temperature began to increase at 1 day post infection.With the development of the disease,typical respiratory symptoms such as cough,gasping and runny nose were observed,and no death occurred until the end of the experiment.Pathological necropsy revealed that compared with the control group, the main organs such as the heart,liver,spleen,lung and kidney of the infected pigs showed no obvious visible lesions except for the brain.The histopathological examination showed that the PRV Fujian-LY strain had caused more serious histopathological damage in the major organ tissues of the infected pigs such as parenchymal small angiectasis hyperemia and the phenomenon of blood vessels surrounded by the lymphocytes in the brain tissue, liver hepatic cord disorder and hepatocyte necrosis in the liver tissue,and lymphocyte reduction in the immunity organs.At the same time,the detection results of PRV antigen in these tissues by PCR and immunohistochemistry were all positive. The detection results of g B and g E antibodies showed that the PRV g B and g E antibodies of the infected pigs began to turn positive at the 7 th day after infection.The above results indicated that the PRV Fujian-LY strain has strong pathogenicity to growing-finishing pigs and it was widely distributed in the infected pigs.
