高胆红素血症与新生儿脑干听觉诱发电位的关系探究

摘要
目的:探究高胆红素血症与新生儿脑干听觉诱发电位的关系。方法:选取2016年4月-2017年10月本院收治的高胆红素血症新生儿60例。根据胆红素水平的不同将其分为A组(221~280μmol/L)、B组(281~342μmol/L)及C组(>342μmol/L),各20例;并选取同期正常新生儿20例为D组。四组均进行脑干听觉诱发电位的检测,A、B、C组于治疗后3个月再检测1次,比较四组检测结果,并比较A、B、C组治疗后3个月的检测结果。结果:A、B、C组的脑干听觉诱发电位检测指标异常率与检测值均高于D组,B、C组均高于A组,C组均高于B组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);A、B、C组治疗后3个月的脑干听觉诱发电位检测指标异常率与检测值比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高胆红素血症新生儿脑干听觉诱发电位状态明显异常,且不同胆红素水平者的状态存在明显差异,应注意对高胆红素血症新生儿进行脑干听觉诱发电位的监测与干预。
        Objective:To investigate the relationship between hyperbilirubinemia and brainstem auditory evoked potential of newborns.Method:A total of 60 newborns with hyperbilirubinemia in our hospital from April 2016 to October 2017 were selected,according to the level of bilirubin,they were divided into A group(221-280 μmol/L),B group(281-342 μmol/L) and C group(>342 μmol/L),20 cases in each group,and 20 cases of normal newborn were selected as D group at the same time.Brainstem auditory evoked potentials were detected in four groups,and A,B and C groups were tested for one time after treatment 3 months.The results of four groups were compared,and the results of after treatment 3 months in A,B and C groups were compared.Result:The abnormal rate and detection value of brainstem auditory evoked potential in A,B and C groups were higher than those in D group,and those in B and C groups were higher than those of A group,and all of C group were higher than those of B group,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment 3 months,the abnormal rate and detection value of brainstem auditory evoked potential in A,B and C groups were compared,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The state of brainstem auditory evoked potential in newborns with hyperbilirubinemia is obviously abnormal,and there are significant differences in the status of different bilirubin levels,so the brainstem auditory evoked potential of newborns with hyperbilirubinemia should be paid to more monitoring and intervention.
