自动化设备及系统可靠性标准化综述

摘要
可靠性是进行安全性、维修性和保障性等分析的基础。只有对设备及系统的可靠性进行准确设计、分析和评估,才能更有效地保证质量、安全性和可用性。本文首先介绍了现有可靠性标准化情况,分析了现有标准的局限性和制定自动化设备及系统可靠性标准的迫切性;然后从自动化设备及系统可靠性标准进展入手,详细讲解了自动化设备可靠性数据保证及其来源规范和系统可靠性规范的主要内容。
Reliability is the basis for the analysis of safety, maintainability and supportability. Precise design,analyze and evaluation of automation device and system is the key of high quality, safety and availability. Firstly,current reliability situation is presented. The limitation of current standardization and urgency of reliability standards of automation device and system are analyzed. Then, based on the standardization progress of reliability standards on automation device and system, the main content of standards on assurance of automation device reliability data and system reliability is introduced in detail.
