摘要
研究了癸二酸二辛酯(DOS)用量对丁腈橡胶(NBR)低温脆性的影响规律,对比了十溴二苯醚/三氧化二锑、氢氧化镁和复合阻燃剂JH 200对丁腈橡胶阻燃性能和物理性能的影响。结果表明:随着DOS用量增加,胶料的脆性温度降低,当DOS用量为15份时,胶料的脆性温度小于-50℃;阻燃剂用量相同时,添加JH 200的胶料氧指数比添加氢氧化镁或添加十溴二苯醚/三氧化二锑的高,且JH 200阻燃胶料的烟密度显著低于十溴二苯醚体系,而与氢氧化镁体系的烟密度相当。当JH 200为45份、DOS为15份时,可以制备脆性温度小于-50℃,烟密度小于600,氧指数大于35%的耐寒丁腈橡胶材料。
The effects of DOS amount on the low-temperature brittleness of nitrile rubber(NBR) were studied. The flame retardancy and physical properties of nitrile rubber with different kinds of flame retardant including decabromodiphenyl ether/antimony oxide,magnesium hydroxide and composite flame retardant JH 200 were compared. The results show that the brittleness temperature of the rubber decreases with the increase of DOS amount. When DOS was 15 phr,the brittleness temperature of the rubber was below-50℃. When adding the same amount of flame retardants,the oxygen index of NBR with JH 200 was higher than that of adding magnesium hydroxide or adding decabromodiphenyl ether/antimony oxide,and the smoke density of NBR adding JH 200 was significantly lower than that of adding decabromodiphenyl ether/antimony oxide,and the density of smoke is close to that of adding magnesium hydroxide.When the content of JH 200 is 45 phr and DOS is 15 phr,the low-temperature resistant nitrile rubber material can be prepared with brittle temperature below-50℃,smoke density less than 600 and oxygen index greater than 35%.
