摘要
以翘曲变形值为对象,针对齿数、模数和齿宽中单个结构参数变化对翘曲变形值的影响进行了研究。结果表明:翘曲变形值随着模数或齿数的增大而逐渐增加;翘曲变形值先随着齿宽的增加而逐渐增大,而后趋于稳定。对模数、齿宽、齿数3个参数两两之间交互作用对翘曲变形值的影响进行了研究。结果表明:模数、齿宽、齿数两两之间交互作用对翘曲变形值的影响具有明显的规律性。运用最小二乘法对分析结果进行拟合,以数学模型形式明确结构参数变化对翘曲变形值的影响趋势。
        Taking the warpage deformation value as an object, the effects of single structural parameter in tooth number, modulus and tooth width on the warpage deformation were studied. The results show that the warpage deformation will gradually increase with the increase of module or tooth number.The warpage deformation value first increases then tends to be stable with the increase of tooth width. The effects of interaction between modulus and tooth width, tooth number and tooth width, tooth number and module on warpage deformation value were studied. The results show that the effects of interaction on warpage deformation have obvious regularity. The least square method was used to fit the analysis results, and the influence trend of structural parameters on warpage deformation was defined in the form of mathematical model.
